Mehr dazu.In line with the goals of the EU Commission’s Plastics and Bioeconomy Strategy, we are actively researching the usability of bio- and CO2-based plastics, which already meaningfully complement our product portfolio. With a goal to eventually replacing our petroleum-based materials, we collaborate globally with leading companies such as Braskem and fellow Sport Group member Melos.
This material adds an extra layer of sustainability to the outstanding playing properties of our proven PE monofilament fibres.
MoreThis product consists of reprocessed plastics from household or commercial residual materials. The renewable raw materials are by-products of sugarcane production.

MoreProducts
Depending on the sport and desired playing characteristics, artificial turf systems can be equipped with different types of infill. We offer systems filled with sand and elastic granulates, sand and cork or other natural fillers, or just quartz sand. The infill ensures an authentic playing experience, grip and traction for quick acceleration and directional changes, ideal ball-rolling properties, and high player protection.
Cork is a lightweight natural raw material that is suitable as infill for artificial turf sports fields due to its excellent cushioning properties. Combined with a stabilizing quartz sand layer, cork can be used in various RAL-certified artificial turf systems.
Artificial turf filled with BrockFILL feels like natural grass and provides optimal traction. The infill material meets the standards set by World Rugby and outlined by FIFA in its Quality Programme for artificial turf systems.
Quartz sand is found in almost every artificial turf field – it stabilizes the blades and protects the backing material. The combination of an elastic base layer and a densely woven turf carpet ensures high playing comfort. Sand-filled artificial turf systems can be complemented with additional infills.
BioFusion is a unique blend of olive pits and cork. As such, the infill is 100% organic and also free of microplastics. It combines the advantages of both materials and compensates for their disadvantages. The result: a balanced infill that offers the perfect harmony of elasticity, density, compactness, resistance, and abrasion resistance.
